Mathematics can often feel intimidating, with over 70% of students graduating high school below proficiency. This widespread struggle stems from insufficient opportunities to master fundamental math skills such as number reading, writing, place value identification, and basic arithmetic operations. At Fit Learning, we have seen firsthand that many students begin to face challenges by middle school due to a lack of fluency in these foundational skills. However, once these essential components are mastered, students who once dreaded math can develop a genuine enjoyment and confidence in their abilities.

The Outcomes
The combination of Fit Math’s curricular strategy with the general Fit Learning Method has produced powerful results for all learners for over 26 years. Students who enroll in Fit Math can expect to gain almost 40 percentile points on their peers in just 40 hours.
